Understanding Buyer Requirements
We start by understanding your product, target market, quantities, quality expectations, price targets and delivery window. Tech packs, reference samples or images all help.
Product & Supplier Coordination
We coordinate with suitable production and material suppliers for your product type, and share the options and considerations with you before anything is confirmed.
Sample & Specification Coordination
Samples are developed and sent for your comments. Specifications, measurements, fabrics and trims are confirmed in writing before bulk production.
Production Follow-Up
Once the order is confirmed, we follow up material arrival and production progress against the agreed plan, and raise issues early when decisions are needed.
Quality Inspection Coordination
Inline and final inspections are coordinated against your approved samples and specifications. See our quality checkpoints.
Shipment Coordination
We coordinate packing, shipping documents and dispatch according to the agreed delivery terms, and keep you updated until the goods leave.
