Manufacturing Process
How knit and woven garments move from approved sample to finished, inspected product, and how we coordinate each stage for our buyers.
Overview
Garment Manufacturing & Coordination
ABM International’s business includes garments manufacturing as well as manufacturing coordination for buyers. For every order we confirm with the buyer, in writing, how and where production will be carried out and who is responsible for each stage.
Whichever arrangement applies, the same principles hold: production follows the approved sample and specifications, quality is checked throughout, and the buyer is kept informed.

Production Stages
From Development to Finished Garment

Product Development Coordination
We coordinate sample development based on the buyer’s tech pack or references. Fit, fabric, trims, colours and measurements are reviewed and revised until the buyer approves the sample, which becomes the standard for bulk production.
Cutting
Fabric is laid and cut to approved patterns. Cut panels are checked for accuracy, shade consistency and defects, then bundled and labelled for sewing.
Sewing
Garments are assembled on the sewing line following the approved construction details, with seam, stitch and workmanship checks during production.
Finishing
Thread trimming, pressing, labelling, folding and packing are completed according to the buyer’s finishing and packing instructions.

Quality Checkpoints
Checked Throughout Production
Quality checkpoints run alongside each production stage, from fabric inspection to final inspection and needle and metal control.
- Fabric Inspection
- Cutting Quality Control
- Sewing Quality Control
- Inline Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Measurement Checking
- Needle & Metal Control
